Canadian Forces Garrison Pattern Jacket

The Infamous Canadian Garrison Jacket. Why was this issued? Nobody knows. In essence it is a dress uniform jacket with a camouflage pattern printed onto it. Whats even more puzzling is the fact that it was only permitted to be worn while on base/garrison defeating the point of having a camouflage pattern as it isn't able to be used in field conditions. These were only produced/issued from roughly 1989-1994 and they're becoming rather difficult to find so if you're interested in one pick it up today!
