Q: Are your prices in US Dollars?
A: No our prices are in Canadian Dollars
Q: Do you ship to Europe or outside of North America?
A: Generally we don't ship outside of Canada and the Continental United States however we can on a case by case basis so shoot us an email.
Q: What is your refund and return policy?
A: Generally we don't do refunds or returns unless you have received the wrong or improperly advertised product as we do our best to properly label and document condition, however If something is wrong with your order feel free to reach out to us via email.

A: We process and ship out orders in the order we get them. We ship out orders every Friday.
